Welcome to CvCrafting. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the CvCrafting website and services (collectively, the "Service"), including any related applications, tools, and features, operated by CvCrafting ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

CvCrafting provides a platform for creating, editing, and optimizing professional resumes and related documents, as well as ATS (Applicant Tracking System) optimization services designed to improve your resume's performance in automated screening processes.

While our Service is designed to help improve your job application materials, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to interview invitations, job offers, or employment.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your resume and other documents
• Review and verify all content generated by our AI tools, as these may occasionally produce inaccurate or fictional information
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to deceive potential employers with false information
• Not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Not transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

You are solely responsible for all content that you create, upload, or modify using our Service, including the accuracy and legality of your resume content.

5. Subscription and Payments

CvCrafting offers both free and premium subscription plans. By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as they become due.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. Unless specified otherwise during the purchase process, subscriptions automatically renew for additional periods equal to the initial subscription term.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon reasonable notice. Such notice may be provided by email, through the Service, or by posting the changes on our website.

6. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our Service, you may request a refund by contacting us at support@cvcrafting.com.

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of CvCrafting. Factors considered include but are not limited to the nature of the issue, usage of the service, and the time elapsed since purchase.

We do not guarantee that a refund will be issued in all cases. Technical issues should be reported promptly to allow us the opportunity to resolve them before a refund is considered.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our Service includes AI-powered tools that can generate or suggest content for your resume. Please be aware that:

• AI-generated content may not always be factually accurate or appropriate for your specific situation
• You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing any AI-generated content before using it
• CvCrafting is not liable for any consequences resulting from the use of unverified AI-generated content
• Using false information on your resume, even if suggested by our AI tools, may have serious professional and legal consequences

We strongly recommend that you carefully review all content before finalizing your resume.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CvCrafting and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

While you retain ownership of the personal information and content you submit to the Service, you grant CvCrafting a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Our templates, designs, and proprietary tools remain our intellectual property. Premium subscribers are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these resources for personal resume creation only.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account information and resume data for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to provide you with the Service.

If you delete specific content (such as a resume) from your account, we will promptly remove it from our active systems. Please note that residual copies may remain in our backup systems for a limited period.

If you delete your account, all your personal data and created content will be permanently deleted from our active systems within 30 days. However, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as transaction records for accounting purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CvCrafting, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any changes made to the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• The failure to receive employment opportunities, interviews, or job offers
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service
• Any inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Any other matter relating to the Service

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to CvCrafting, if any, during the past 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CvCrafting, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account through the account settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will remain in effect.
